Instead of going all the way up to Big Bay this year, we decided to vacation a little closer to home. :( We had the cottage all to ourselves for a week and we had a great time. Grandpa and Grandma Step came up for a couple of days and we went to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes for an afternoon. It was very windy but we had fun. We went to dinner at Pearl's afterwards and it was super delicious! Luke, Hunter, and I went for a bike ride while we were up there and we also took Hunter to the Northwest Michigan Fair...which was pretty fun but very hot.
Otherwise we just hung out at the cottage, we got ice cream a couple of times (of course) and we saw Grandpa and Grandma Berry and of course, cousin Alex!!
It was nice and relaxing and easy and we had fun. The picture of Hunter's face was when he was eating fresh cherries and had pieces of the skin stuck in his teeth. He looked so funny, like he got his teeth knocked out, I just had to take a picture!! :)
